So pleased with my exam and new glasses. I have spent a ridiculous amount of money over the past handful of years on glasses that continued to not work for me. This was the first time I had someone really listen to my concerns and experience and respond in such a gracious and supportive way. As I wear my new glasses (which came in quickly and the cost was great), I have such a sense of relief and literal clarity!

Super nice and Friendly! All of the staff was great and Dr took the time to go over multiple options with me. They got me in very quickly. The price for the glasses was really high, so I did get those someplace else, but I really liked the staff here.

I've been taking both of my girl's here for a little over a year now and couldn't be happier with an optometrist office. They are very accommodating for younger children and ALWAYS make them feel comfortable and at ease. Beyond happy with the choice of switching to High Desert Eyecare. All the staff are extremely sweet and always have a smile on their face.

Dr. Gretchen Chadwick has seen out family for years and we love the help she has given. Recently she saw our 8 year old grandson who was having problems in school with reading & math. She was able to identity a vision problem and referred him to Elemental Eye Care in Bend and her referral was for Dr. Amanda. We are so thankful to Dr. Chadwick for identifying an issue as we now have an understanding of why he was having so much difficulty in school. We are very impressed with the referral she gave and they will commence eye therapy next week.

I've been seen here now for over two years with a pretty serious eye condition and feel the doctors and staff are awesome. The doctors have a great bedside manner, not rushed, and listen.

I had a great overall experience. I woke up concerned about some eye issues. I called HDVS and had an appointment a few hours later. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick. I was seen by Dr Hudson. He thoroughly explained what was wrong and prescribed the proper treatment. I would recommend anyone needing eye care to come here.
